REFUNDS

Automation Trading Mastery customers have the right to request a refund up until midnight of their 30th day as an enrolled student. No pressure, no justifications required, no questions asked. We respect your decision and will not challenge it.

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course start date.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  3. Refund Method: In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, refunds will exclusively be facilitated through the original payment method.

  5.  Exclusions:

    a. Refunds are applicable solely to new customers during their initial 30-day period. Customers who have previously requested a refund and purchase another course are not eligible for a refund on their second attempt.

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any individual or entity at our discretion, without providing a detailed explanation for such refusal. This decision may be based on various factors, including but not limited to violation of our terms of service, inappropriate behaviour, or any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
